Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Notico.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Notico, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Notico.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a Pro subscription costs $20/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use Notico for illegal purposes, spam others with unwanted reminders, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or share your account with others.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to know Notico inside and out before making any decision. That is why we offer a full 30-day free trial — no credit card required. By the time you choose to upgrade to Pro, you will have already experienced everything Notico has to offer. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable. Exception: if a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
